1. Information We Collect
When parents book through Partio, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, party event addresses and postcodes, and booking preferences or dietary notes. For vendor applicants, we collect business credentials, insurance policy documentation, sample portfolio images, and contact information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Contact and celebration details provided when booking are shared with the specific vendor being booked to deliver the service. Card payments are handled securely by Partio's payment provider and full card numbers are never stored by Partio. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing brokers.
3. Data Storage & Security
All bookings and vendor applications are securely stored within our UK-compliant website database. Uploaded insurance policies and identification files are kept within access-restricted storage.
4. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your records at any time by contacting hello@partio.co.uk.
