1. Vetted vendors. We check every vendor. Anyone working with children confirms a current enhanced DBS check, and we ask all vendors for public liability insurance.
2. Real availability. The dates you see are live. Book and your slot is held for you straight away.
3. Clear pricing. You see the package price and Partio's service & protection fee before you pay. No surprises.
4. Protected booking. Your payment secures your date. Refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before. If a vendor cancels, you get it back in full.
5. We're here. If something goes wrong, contact Partio and we'll help put it right.
DBS checks and verified insurance
Parents place deep trust in the entertainers and makers who spend time with their children. We ensure that standard is taken seriously across our Sussex network.
Enhanced DBS confirmation
Anyone applying in our entertainment category must confirm a current enhanced DBS check, including their DBS certificate details during onboarding before their services can be booked.
Public liability insurance
All participating vendors warrant that they hold valid Public Liability Insurance and maintain statutory safety and hygiene standards required by UK law.

Fair 7-day refund policy
Parents can move or cancel directly from their booking link up to 7 days before. Cancellations at least 7 days before refund your payment in full.
Full vendor-cancellation cover
If an unforeseen emergency forces a vendor to cancel, your payment is returned in full straight away, and our Partio team steps in to help find alternative arrangements.
